No £50m signings at Arsenal insists Arsene Wenger

Wenger admits things will have to change at Arsenal next season - but warned fans not to expect any £50million summer signings.
The Gunners' frustrating campaign ended with a 2-2 draw at 10-man Fulham, which left them having to qualify for the Champions League after being overtaken by FA Cup winners Manchester City.
Arsenal had won just twice in their previous 10 Barclays Premier League matches as a season which promised so much quickly fell apart after defeat in the Carling Cup final against Birmingham at the end of February.
Wenger left the field to chant of "spend some money" from the travelling support, who will expect much better next time around.
"We have to rectify some things in our squad and will try to do it - but it is not easy, even with money," said the Arsenal manager, who is also set to let underperforming fringe players like Denilson leave.
"Even if people say you have to spend money we have to be realistic. We can't buy players for £50million. That is a fact.
"The amount of money is not always linked with the quality of player.
"First you have to find the right players and then turn up with the money - but if we find the right players we will spend the money."
Steve Sidwell had swept Fulham in front after 26 minutes when Arsenal's defensive frailties were once again exposed, only for Robin van Persie to quickly equalise with his ninth consecutive away goal.
Bobby Zamora nodded the Cottagers back into the lead just before the hour with substitute Zoltan Gera shown a straight red card two minutes after coming on - but a late goal from Theo Walcott earned Arsenal a point.
"It was an average game and in the end we felt the disappointment with fourth place because three weeks ago we were in the position to win the league," Wenger said.
"We had accumulated disappointments which had a big impact on the morale of the team.
"We are frustrated, disappointed, but as well we have not to go overboard and think that our team is not good."
Wenger, meanwhile, maintained he knew nothing of whether Jack Wilshere will be called up for the England Under-21 European Championship squad later today.
"You could see that he has played 49 games and to get a busy summer would be very bad for him," he said.
"If they do it they do it, I cannot stop it."
